Bence Jones’s proteinuria determination by double radial immunodiffusion according Ouchterlony
technique. The sensivity is 5 mg/dl for Kappa chains and 5 mg/dl for lambda chains. Cut-off as from 50 mg/dl. Reading visual or photometric.
