LTA have been working in the diagnostic field with high priority to Quality, to Safety and to Environmental Protection.
Pursuing this aim, from 2001 LTA acknowledged the recommendation of safety CE IVD 98/79 Regulations by using the Diagnostic Devices in Vitro.
Furthermore, the compliance with the European UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Regulations was confirmed again in 2009 and the UNI EN ISO 13485 in 2003, as well.

At the end of 2009, LTA applied the acknowledgment of its production plant in compliance with the European CE 1774/2002 Regulation, that was approved in February 2010, as regards to importation of some animal intermediate products derived from Category 3rd, material intended for technical use in medical-devices and in vitro diagnostic production.

LTA Technical NUMBER : ABP2044PHAR. LTA already comply also with the implementation of EC 1069/2011 Regulation that become effective 1st of November 2011 and repeals CE 1774.

More than 80% of the items listed by LTA catalogue is manufactured by its own laboratories, by carrying out careful and suitable procedures , that involve control of the raw-material up to the finished products checking.
Regular demands from Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, along with detailed clinical requirements can be fulfilled by LTA catalogue, including Diagnostic Reagents for Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Bacteriology, Protein Electrophoresis and Coagulation.
Besides the up-mentioned items, LTA can provide either labelled kit ready to be sold, or OEM bulk customized material, upon request.

LTA has implemented several production lines with some sole products for the both following purposes: in IVD (in vitro diagnostic products) and in Industrial Microbiology.
